One piece of practical advice I would give you is not to be as stiff as an Australian Buloke wood bookshelf. Be dynamic! Be flexible like water. The Kung Fu way! Is it WuuHaa or AuuHaa? Whatever! Anyway, explore everything within the distance of your hands! Touch it, rub it, play with it, but not for too long. Just long enough to explore it, then move on to the next.
