Great point. Is autonomy freedom or alienation? That's my dilemma.

…ntal problem of psychotherapy (brewed in our ethical obligations) which is to honor one's autonomy. I think our commitment to autonomy might be the very the problem of society.
been feeling a bit fried myself lately; feeling like I don't want to be anybody's therapist.
